H.G Wells – “The Time Machine”

The Time Machine is one of the most important steampunk novels, also made into a feature film during the 60’s – and another dodgy remake made in the last decade. Both show off the very ornate detailings of the time machines design, done in a very steampunk mannor of which I greatly approve!

Trailer for the 1960 Movie:

… and the 2002 Movie remake. (beautiful design… not so much a brilliant film though.)

AND, just for you – a clip of the Time Machine (from the 2002 movie) starting up, so you can soak up the intricate details of the machine, and the interesting way things change around it, as opposed to the machine travelling itself!
